BOOKING POLICIES

New Clients:

For new customers, we require payment in advance before the shoot. This allows us to establish a payment history and ensure a smooth transaction process. Once you have booked with us, pre-payment will not be required. We have enacted these policies to protect our models from non-timely and non-payment, and to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations of a confirmed booking within 24 hours of the event will be billed at the full rate.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be billed at half rate.

Holds for Bookings:

Holds for bookings must be confirmed or released by the client at least 48 hours prior to the booking. Not following this policy may mean the booking option will be automatically canceled by the booking agent.

Overtime Rate:

A 'full day' constitutes an 8-hour period between 9am and 6pm, unless otherwise agreed upon. Overtime is charged at one-and-a-half times the hourly rate for any period beyond the agreed upon time. Saturdays are charged at one-and-a-half times the hourly rate, and Sundays or Bank holidays are charged at double the hourly rate.

Lingerie/Swim Rate:

Rates differ for bras, panties, slips, pantyhose, sleepwear, swimwear, transparent or translucent articles. The agency must check with the model before accepting any lingerie bookings.

Weather Permit:

  • On confirmed bookings, all same-day cancellations incur a half fee if services are immediately rescheduled; if not rescheduled, full fee applies.
  • Weather permit cancellations made earlier are subject to the normal cancellation policy.
  • If a secondary job is ready to confirm, the option to book will be enforced.

Usage Rights:

Usage rights are limited to the specific rights granted and may not be extended without negotiations.

Agency Fee:

All bookings are subject to a +20% agency fee unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment Terms:

All invoices are to be paid on a NET-15 basis unless otherwise agreed upon.

Equity & Respect:

Humankind is committed to promoting fairness and respect in all of its business practices. We have a zero-tolerance policy for racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and any type of discrimination. We expect our collaborators and talent to align with these values and challenge all forms of oppression.

Additional Note:

Hair & makeup artists on set are expected to have the appropriate skills and products to accommodate all skin tones and hair textures. Should the model be required to do their own hair or makeup, a charge will apply.
